Practicing Yin Yoga is a beautiful way to reconnect to body, mind and soul in a gentle compassionate way. Private sessions are great to deepen the connection with yourself, to regain health, flexibility and reach your life objectives.

your state of mind or emotions present. I hold a safe space for you to tune into yourself,
to release, relax, learn and to grow.

You can reach out to me for a series or single session. I customize each session & series to your needs, objectives and agenda.

A session 60min - 120min starts with a grounding meditation and mindfulness exercise, to calm the nervous system, to focus inwards and increase awareness. Then we practice Yin Yoga asanas adapted to your objectives and body’s anatomy.

Private sessions are held online, so you can practice from your comfortable private space. I guide you in such away that mostly by listening to my instructions you will be able to follow. No need to look on a screen all the time.
